Subject: Regarding wearing the Activity Dress due to extreme heat and thick uniform material.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am the parent of Sukruti Joshi, who studies in class Nursery.

Through this letter, I would like to bring to your attention that the material of the regular school uniform is extremely thick and heavy, making it highly uncomfortable for a Nursery child in this severe summer heat. Wearing such a heavy fabric for long hours poses a serious risk of skin rashes and heat-related issues for a small child.

Although the fabric of the Activity Dress is also not ideally light for this weather, I have decided to send her to school daily in her Activity Dress for the time being, just to maintain the school's decorum and discipline.

I request the school management to kindly consider providing a 100% light cotton uniform option for nursery children, keeping their health and comfort in mind during summers.
